We are looking for volunteer coaches for our youth basketball leagues for girls and boys in ages 5-14
This is a non-competitive league, skill-based program from individual registrations with volunteer coaches. Participants are placed on teams according to their age and school.
Games are played on Saturdays (mid morning start) at the Gier Community Center.
Practices start the first week of December.
League play starts January 6th through March 2nd.

Description
Lansing Parks and Recreation offers a variety of programs for all ages and abilities. We also operate 114 parks and over 16 miles of river trail. Within all of this, we have a volunteer opportunity for everyone. From one time special events, after school/summer mentoring, coaching to park beautification, we have it all.
