Specific Duties:

Please continue on separate sheet if additional space is needed.

Excellent customer service representative to answer the phone and take messages in detail for Eligibility.

Ask that you do not answer Eligibility Questions.

Only take phone messages.

May be asked to make copies and to mail out Means Tests to Veterans.

May be asked to escort Veterans and/or visitors to locations in the facility.

Qualifications & Training Required:

Clear speaking skills; pleasant demeanor, professional appearance, ability to get along with others.
