Celebrate and Empower Children with Disabilities! Become a Walk With Me Volunteer

Easter Seals Florida is looking for volunteers to help with our annual Walk With Me event and fundraiser. Walk With Me is a fully accessible, non-competitive walk that will unite Tampa area participants to raise funds for young kids with disabilities, drive awareness of issues affecting the disability community, and change the lives of individuals and families living with disabilities. The event will feature food, fun and activities for all!

We are in need of 30-35 volunteers to assist with:

• Set-up and tear-down
• Registration
• Participant gift bags and t-shirts distribution
• Signage/Décor
• Beverage/Snack Stations
• Event Activities
• Parking/Traffic
• Sponsor Tents and Tables

*There will be multiple volunteer shift times available between 6:00am-12pm.

Since 2003, over 150,000 people have participated in 500 Walk With Me events nationwide generating over $30 million to support families at Easter Seals. This year, you can help Easter Seals accomplish even more! Event proceeds will benefit life-changing programs Easter Seals provides such as the Murray Child Development Center in Tampa.

About the Murray Child Development Center:

Easter Seals Murray Child Development Center provides inclusive, high-quality child care and developmental programming for children with disabilities/special needs as well as typically developing children, from birth to five years of age. With a focus on reaching developmental milestones through hands-on learning, services are provided in a natural environment to promote growth and success.
