GardenShare's Annual Fundraising Dinner and Silent Auction will be held on June 6, 2017 at Jake's on the Water.
The planning team will be responsible for:
Working with the restaurant to establish a menu, set a price, and determine the ticket price
Developing invitations and other collateral material
Promoting the event and selling tickets
Soliciting donations for the auction
Organizing the logistics of the auction, including establishing packages, setting minimum bids, decorations, and physical set-up
