Are you a compassionate individual looking to give back to your community? If you answered "YES," then Grace Hospice is the place for you. We are seeking individuals to provide friendly visits to our terminally ill patients. The gift of friendship can really brighten a person's day and can be very healing. We service patients, and their families, all over Milwaukee which means there is likely a patient in your area in need of a volunteer. We look forward to you joining our team!

Description
Harmony Cares Hospice formerly Grace Hospice is seeking compassionate individuals who are willing to provide emotional support and companionship to our patients and their families experiencing Hospice. Volunteers are a vital part of the interdisciplinary team and truly are the heart of our organization. In addition to placing friendly visits, volunteers can also assist with bereavement support, caregiver relief (respite), running of errands, special event planning, veteran to veteran outreach, pet, reiki, music and massage therapies, office support - and more!
