Lions Center for the Blind often hosts vision screenings for seniors and residents of Alameda and Contra Costa Counties at senior homes or at Outreach/Resource Fairs. Vision Screenings are used to determine an individual's current visual acuity and field of vision. We are in need of volunteers who are able to attend these events and be in charge of registration. Outgoing and social volunteers will be in charge of speeding up the line by filling out paperwork for individuals and leading them to their vision screening area. Multi-lingual volunteers are recommended but not required. High availability on weekdays/during business hours is required.
