Need a weekday group activity for your business team of up to 20-30 people? Why not volunteer to sort food at our Wallingford warehouse, 2 Research Parkway?
A 3 hour weekday morning session or a 2 hour afternoon session can be arranged for you and your team to assist with sorting frozen meat, nonperishable items and fresh produce or packing food for the Senior Feeding Program.
Is your group larger than 30 people touch base with us as we may be able to coordinate for more people by splitting the group to do multiple tasks.
Forty tons of food goes out from Connecticut Food Bank each work. It takes a lot of volunteers to keep food moving at this pace!
In addition to volunteering, individual and corporate financial support is always welcome. Corporate Virtual Food Drives can also be arranged.
