The purpose of IHSF (In Her Shoes Foundation) is to bring women of all ages and backgrounds together; to inspire, connect, educate and support the development and maintenance of a positive and healthy lifestyle. Through four main concepts - inspire, connect, educate, and support - women of In Her Shoes Foundation seek to provide a safe and collaborative environment for all women.
Reporting to: Director of Project Management
- Lead, coordinate, facilitate, and aid program as needed
-Scheduling tasks and coordinate team members to reach the goal
-Present reports on the progress of the project
-Provide direction and support to the team
-Plan and schedule timelines
-Manage projects budget
-Coordinate the project staff
--Evaluate results of projects and provide feedback and suggestions for future success
-Support IHSF by taking initiative as time allows to help with various IHSF endeavors and interests including:
-attending/helping facilitate events and programs
-increase awareness of IHSF in person, via social media, etc.
Excellent organizational skills a must. Qualified applicant will have experience in people management, risk management, and strategic planning. Solid background in project management techniques. Exceptional communication skills are needed.
