MCS-T.O.U.C.H. is implementing a new program which involves screening participants to enroll.
We are looking for a supervisor to train cohorts of 5-10 individuals (men and women 25 years of age and older) for 3 weeks each in electronics de-manufacturing. We will fully train you on how to do the electronics de-manufacturing, which is simple. It includes using hand tools and occasionally power tools.
The supervisory is the most important aspect of the position. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work patiently and in a positive manner with a diverse group of people from diverse communities and backgrounds. You will be conducting weekly evaluations of those you train and meeting in a group setting with other staff members regarding each individual's progress.
This position may become a full-time, permanent paid position.
Basic skill in Excel, Word, and sending emails with attachments is required. The position requires thorough completion of paperwork as well as electronic communication with other staff.
