Bring joy, laughter and cookies to children of all ages in this unique opportunity as Mrs. Claus on board our annual North Pole Flyers - our railroad’s own Christmas story! Each 2.5 hour excursion features Santa and Mrs. Claus, storytelling, hot cocoa and our signature Christmas cookie.

Mrs. Claus will hand out individually-wrapped cookies to children and families aboard the train. Costumes are available in different sizes. ASTA has safety procedures in place for this important character which include masks, gloves, and physical distancing. Saturday & Sunday shifts available. Morning: 7:30am - 2pm / Afternoon: 2:30pm - 9pm

ASTA is a central Texas historical and preservation society that is totally run by volunteers. Among our achievements is the weekly operation of excursion train service in the Austin area as well as sponsoring community events. We are dedicated to bringing family oriented outings to thousands of people who visit the Capital area from all over the world.
