ORGANIZATION: Marbles Kids Museum

Marbles is a vibrant and growing non-profit children’s museum and IMAX Theatre in downtown Raleigh with over 700,000 annual visitors. The organizational culture of Marbles Kids Museum is playful and hard-working, led by individuals passionate about our mission to spark imagination, discovery and learning through play.

Marbles Kids Museum has a volunteer opportunity available on the Daily Play Team. Volunteers assist museum staff with the set up and delivery of our hands-on, minds-on programs and workshops and playfully activate our galleries.

While helping to facilitate a variety of programs, you will

• Gain valuable insight into developmentally appropriate programming for children ages birth - 10

• Assist a team of educators who strive to think outside the box when creating and delivering programming to students.
