The Arab American National Museum (AANM) is seeking out fun, engaging, outgoing, and friendly individuals to spearhead our membership program! Membership to the AANM is essential to keeping our doors open. We are leading a program to engage our members by calling them to thank them for their membership, inform them of upcoming events, and putting on members only programming and special events.
This is an excellent opportunity for folks to develop oral communication skills, gain professional office experience, build up resumes, and provide essential service to the museum by helping us connect with people who make our work possible!

The Arab American National Museum's mission is to document, preserve, celebrate, and educate the public on the history, life, culture and contributions of Arab Americans. We serve as a resource to enhance knowledge and understanding about Arab Americans and their presence in the United States.
Description
The Arab American National Museum is the first museum in the world devoted to Arab American history and culture. By bringing the voices and faces of Arab Americans to mainstream audiences, we continue our commitment to dispel misconceptions about Arab Americans and other minorities. The Museum brings to light the shared experiences of immigrants and ethnic groups, paying tribute to the diversity of our nation.
The Arab American National Museum is a proud Affiliate of the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C. and the only Smithsonian Affiliate in southeastern Michigan to date.
