Share your talents ! Become a Heart to Heart Hospice Volunteer ! We are currently seeking individuals or groups to join our volunteer team and share their special talents with our patients and senior community partners. Opportunities are for the greater San Antonio and Boerne area. We will work with your availability. Opportunities to volunteer are whenever you are free, and we will match you in your part of town.
