Description
The Family CDC’s programs and services will include: Tutoring and After School Programs, Summer Youth Recreation, Youth Work Readiness Program, Housing Assistance Programs (foreclosure and pre/post purchase counseling), Educational Services, Visitation and Care for Senior Citizens and War Veterans, Health Awareness addressing diabetes, blindness prevention and numerous recreational, social and cultural activities
