A Precious Child is in need of Drivers for our various donation pick-up and bin drop-offs from amazing donors or drive hosts. Our drivers will travel in our A Precious Child van and return goods to our Donation Center.
Our drivers will greet and support donors as they pick up their items. We would like our A Precious Child Drivers to be professional, friendly, and accommodating to all of our donors as we'd like all donors to keep us in mind for future drives. This assistance will help us best serve our clients from over 400 agency partners by enhancing their shopping selection.
Time Slots are 3 hours long. Volunteers interested in this position may work longer than three hours if he/she desires.
Volunteer Requirements:
All drivers must be 21+ years of age to drive an A Precious Child vehicle.

Description
A Precious Child assists children and families facing difficult life challenges such as abuse and neglect, crisis situations, and poverty. We work with more than 300 agency partners throughout eight counties which include Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, Jefferson, and Weld Counties to identify children and families in the most need of our services. Our core initiatives help build the whole child, in addition to meeting basic human needs through our Resource Center, we also help children and their families navigate community resources.
We aim to bridge the gap in a child’s education so that they can become a secure, self-reliant, contributing member of their community as adults.
