We are a not for profit agency in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn who is looking for a secretary or Office Assistant. We are passionate about helping children/youths/ families, and seniors. We will accept part time/full time applicants. We are looking for someone to answer the phone, meet and greet clients/visitors, set up appointments, manage schedules, facillitate applicanst in filling out application for service(s), preparing the agenda for meetings, filing, making copies etc, contacting clients, and the overall running or smooth transition of the office. We need someone who is reliable, dependable, punctual, honest, and a people person. Someone who is passionte about helping children/youths, families, and seniors. Someone who is fluent in english, a second language is a plus but not a must, someone who is computer savvy, and loves to do research. Loves to plan events.
