Various opportunities exist for volunteers to assist with The Family Tree’s special events and fundraising efforts. Annual events such as the Holiday Shop, Fam Fest, Holiday Party, Literacy Night, and more. Interested volunteers will be contacted with specific information. All ages welcome. On-site day of training.

The Family Tree is the leading authority in Maryland for the prevention of child abuse and neglect. Our Vision is that all children are raised in safe and supportive families and communities. We do that through proven, research-based programs that strengthen families and break the cycle of abuse and neglect. These programs include:Parenting education programs, Family guidance programs, Support groups, Home visitation, Child and youth development programs, Family life workshops, 24-hour Parenting HelpLine.
