Reports To: Service Unit Support Specialist
Term of Appointment: The Service Unit Manager is appointed by the Service Unit Support Manager and Specialist for a one year term that is renewable upon completion of evaluation process. This position requires an average of 25-30 hours a month.
Job Summary: The Service Unit Manager is accountable to the Service Unit Support Specialist for growing and managing Girl Scouting in the Service Unit. The SU Manager is responsible for the development, extension, and maintenance of girl and adult membership and for ensuring that girls and volunteers receive services they need.
Support: The Service Unit Manager receives direct support and guidance from Council staff along with access to relevant learning opportunities and materials.
