Volunteers needed to help:

  • Set-up Crew - 3pm-6pm - get everything in place for Run; help sponsors set up tents, tables, chairs, materials; set signage in place; assist Storehouse staff
  • Barricade Workers - 6:00pm-9:30pm - Barricade workers will help runners/walkers stay on course and help ensure their safety and cheer them on and keep area clean
  • Grounds Crew - 6:00pm-11:00pm - keep park and Run route free of any trash
  • Trail Blazers - guide runners along trails during Run in the Dark and provide lighting (flashlight required)
  • Cheerleaders/Dance groups - squads from all area schools and companies welcome to come and cheer runners as they cross the finish line
  • Clean up Crew - 9:30pm-11:00pm - do final break down and clean up of Blue Stem Park; take down tents; collect trash; help sponsors with their materials

Description

We are a nonprofit emergency relief agency that strives to provide for children in Keller, Northwest, Argyle, and Carroll ISD districts. We help families and their basic needs such as education, food, and every-day living essentials. During times of crisis within families we intervene to accommodate the family with the support previously mentioned. Educationally we help children with reading programs, nutrition and education with math, science, reading, etc., to help them succeed!
