Hospice volunteers provide companionship and support for patients and caregivers, indirect support such as running errands, preparing meals,etc..., administrative support such as filing, assisting with mailings,etc... and community outreach. Volunteers are a wonderful part of the hospice team providing care to those with a limited life expectancy.
