It's that time of year when we're all gearing up for the holidays! We at Avalon Hospice care deeply about our patients and their needs beyond simply providing medical services.
We want to extend a invitation to the community members and organizations to adopt our hospice patients for Christmas. What does this mean? This means being willing to provide needed or hoped-for items for our hospice patients.
How does this work? Our staff and volunteers will collect a short "wish-list" from each patient and then we will communicate those lists back to you to see which is the best fit for you or your group.
This is a TREMENDOUS opportunity for families, churches, and community organizations! Adopt as many as you can to make a difference!
We ask that you please resond by December 10.

Avalon Hospice is comprised of a team of doctors, nurses, aids, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers. Our approach to hospice care considers the wide range of needs patients and families experience when facing a terminal illness. Avalon's collaborative team approach ensures patients' and their families' specific needs are targeted and addressed quickly.
