Music is the universal language that has the power to calm and stir wonderful memories. Seasons Hospice of NJ is in need of talented, compassionate people who can sing or play a musical instrument to provide joy and relaxation to patients who are terminally ill.
Seasons Hospice provides service to patients and families wherever they call home (houses, senior living buildings, nursing facilities) throughout Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth and Somerset Counties. Volunteers are required to be at least 18 years old unless accompanied by another trained adult volunteer (parent or guardian.) Service is typically 1-3 hours a week based on your availability. Fee training and screening is provided.
Seasons celebrates your musical talent. If interested, go to www.Seasons.org/volunteering-internships/volunteering to fill out an application. Questions? Contact Elaine Carlsen, Volunteer Coordinator, at ECarlsen@Seasons.org or 866-243-2157.
