Typical Duties Include:

  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate offices.
  • Conducting clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents.
  • Performing accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking.
  • Scheduling meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company.
  • Providing administrative support for the operations team.


Hours are flexible. (Potential opportunity for part-time employment position.)

College Students are welcome!

Must be available during normal operating hours of M - F 9 am to 6 pm.
