Love spending time behind the wheel? Looking for a way to help out? Community Blood Center has just the opportunity for you! We are seeking Volunteers with safe driving records to help deliver blood, plasma and platelets from our Kansas City headquarters to help critically-ill patients in hospitals within a 2-hour radius.

Deliveries range from 1-5 hours, round trip. We provide the training, background check, vehicle, fuel and fun-you bring the time and dedication. Join us today!

To become a Volunteer Driver, you would need to be at least 21 years of age, able to lift 35 lbs. . Missouri residents must get a have a Class E license or higher (we reimburse the cost after 6 months of service). Kansas requires a standard drivers license. New volunteer drivers ride-along with an experienced volunteer driver before taking on their first delivery.
