ForeverMeow Kitten nursery is seeking kitten care specialists to help care for rescue kittens from 5 weeks to 6 months of age and some of their mother cats at the ForeverMeow Kitten Nursery facility.
We have 2 shifts, morning and evening.
* 10am-12pm
* 5:30pm-6:30pm
This position provides assistance to the nursery manager with the day-to-day care for up to 30 kittens/mom cats. Duties include:
- Assisting with feeding/meal time
- Litter box changing
- Kennel and playpen sweeping/wiping
- Laundry
- Sanitizing dishes
- Floor sweeping/mopping
- Socializing with the kittens
- Running errands for cat supplies
- Transporting kittens between the nursery and Petco
Whether you are simply a cat lover or have had experience working in a multi-animal environment or not, we will train you! We follow leading shelter protocols to keep our kittens clean, enriched, and happy. If you enjoy helping kittens and can't pass by a kitten without saying "hello" then you will enjoy helping in the nursery!
