Want to help the community enjoy a fun day full of activities for the whole family? The Ashland Cherryland FamFest is the biggest event EVER in Ashland and Cherryland (unincorporated Alameda County).
The event kicks off with a 5K Run/Walk/Roll followed by a festival full of activities such as sports demonstrations and competitions, arts and crafts, storytelling time, dance lessons, cooking demos, safety vehicles, and food vendors!
We need volunteers to help set up, sign guests in, monitor the event for safety, and other tasks depending on YOUR availability! All volunteers receive a complimentary T-shirt for volunteering.
Join us Saturday, October 15th to volunteer for the Ashland Cherryland FamFest! Help with set-up is also needed on Friday, October 14th.

Welcome to Alameda County District 4. It is an honor to serve as your Alameda County Supervisor for the past 12 years. District 4 is made up of many diverse communities and cities, which are East Oakland, Montclair, Castro Valley, Ashland, Cherryland, Fairview, El Portal Ridge, and Pleasanton. District 4 is the home of many vibrant landmarks and destinations, which includes the Oakland Coliseum/Arena, Lake Chabot, Oakland Zoo, and the County Fairgrounds. My vision is to build strong and livable communities. I will need your help in order to accomplish this vision. Your involvement is an important component in making the vision a success.
