Mission Statement
Our mission: to introduce the magic of the puppet theatre experience to San Diego audiences; to develop and promote the art form through performances, educational programs, and special events.
Description
We are the primary resource for the puppetry arts in San Diego County. We believe in the transformative power of theatre(and especially in our case, puppet theatre) to educate, inspire, and change the lives of those it touches in profound and positive ways. Because of this belief, we are deeply committed to introducing the magic of the puppet theatre experience to San Diego audiences by creating, presenting and mentoring as wide as a variety of puppetry programs as possible. Our three core programs are: a) education outreach, b) performances, and c) special events (ex. giant puppet parade pageantry and exhibits).
