LEAD mentors are the supporting component to a character and leadership program that focuses on inner-city, high-poverty middle school students. LEAD's mission is to equip our students with the tools necessary to return to their communities as effective LEADers.
You will be meeting with 1-2 students for 45 minutes every other week with the goal of simply building a positive and inspirational relationship that encourages and promotes a positive mindset for our students.
