The Downey Theatre, in part with the City of Downey, is proud to host its 6th annual Dia de los Muertos Art Festival. This all-day, family-friendly, and FREE event will include: face paintings, live music & dancing, altar contests, car altar exhibit, art exhibits, food trucks, beer & wine garden, calaveras, movie showings, shopping, and believe it or not, much, much more!
This event will allow for tons of volunteering opportunities in many different areas of our Downey City Hall area!
-Volunteers needed the day before and in the morning to help decorate for the festival.
-Ushers inside the theatre
-Calavera painting and other activities TBD
-And much much more!
