Join us on Saturday, May 21 from 12:00 - 3:00 pm, for our remote Get Out the Vote Text Bank to encourage participation and create awareness for the Special Elections in Brooklyn’s 58 th state Assembly Districts.
Volunteers will be sent links to participate remotely from home on your computer or mobile device. We’ll host a training at the start of each session to answer all of your questions.
We hope that you can join us as we reach out to New Yorkers and prepare them to cast their ballots in these special elections. You are the key to keeping New York City’s democracy strong!

About NYC Votes The CFB’s NYC Votes campaign promotes civic engagement through community outreach, voter registration and engagement programs, and educational resources. NYC Votes is the voter outreach and engagement campaign of the Campaign Finance Board, conducted under the guidance of its Voter Assistance Advisory Committee (VAAC).
Description
With the help of community partners and city agencies, the CFB NYC Votes brings voter registration events and civic engagement programs to all five boroughs, with a particular focus on historically disenfranchised communities, as mandated in the City Charter.
