One of the most sought after programs at our organization, along with our food pantry, is our Pick 5 Market. This program allows our organization to provide families fresh produce, deli, and bakery items each day of the week. Unlike our food pantry (monthly program) this program allows families in need to receive food as many times a week as needed. With the help of the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma, Sam's Club, Walmart Neighborhood Market and Sprouts Farmers Market. In 2016, OCR received and distributed 197 tons of perishable and non-perishable food. A big portion of that goes to the Pick 5 Market. With such a large amount of food, we need as much help from the community as possible.

OCR is in need of volunteers to assist with clients coming to the Pick 5 Market. Available service hours are M-F from 8:30 am to 2 pm.

We provide basic needs for families facing economic hardship. We provide help and hope through emergency food and utility assistance, on-site counseling services through partner agencies, job search assistance and referrals to area agencies. We are committed to helping families move closer to a long-term self-sufficiency while lessening agency dependence
