VOLUNTEER POSITION: Kamileon's Kloset Professional Development's Grant Writer is responsible for developing and writing grant proposals to grant-making organizations and will persuasively communicate Kamileon's Kloset mission and programs to potential funders.
The Grant Writer will assemble and submit grant requests, establish and maintain personal contact and relationships with granter contacts, conduct prospect research, and maintain a calendar of submissions and other deadlines. This position requires someone who has excellent research, writing, and communication skills, is self-motivated, reliable, organized, thorough and timely. This is a volunteer position.

We help each client transition into the workforce by providing professional attire, full-service image makeovers, and professional development training, while underscoring the intrinsic dignity of each individual advancing into the workplace.
Description
As presentation experts and educators, we partner in our clients’ success -- guiding them to present a uniquely personal and professional appearance. Each man and woman receives a complete makeover from head to toe including a private wardrobe consultation, interview appropriate clothing, accessories, appointment with our professional styling team, personal grooming kit, and cosmetic instruction.
Kamileon’s Kloset, Inc. is an Atlanta-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides professional wardrobe, full-service grooming makeovers, and life coaching tools to disadvantaged men and women seeking employment. The purpose of the program is to move low-income people into the workplace by educating them to present themselves well and with pride. The program enhances the employment potential and self-esteem of each client as they begin to take control of the direction of their lives.CAUSE AREAS
