This in an opportunity for female high school students and college women to work with middle school aged girls in various schools throughout Los Angeles County. You can choose the site location most convient for you, and refer a middle school near you for us to establish a program!

Educating Future Leaders. The program focuses around developing five core skills for girls:

Public Speaking, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking ,Conflict Resolution, and Goal Setting.

We place college women in leadership positions by having them serve as facilitators of our program.

Because of this, the girls are able to connect on a deeper level with the college women because they are much closer in age than most parents or teachers.
