Make a difference in the academic achievement of a child!
Corazón a Corazón helps children from the surrounding community in an After School Program by giving them extra practice with their schoolwork and a healthy snack. Sessions run from 2:40 until 5:00 in the afternoon Monday through Thursday.
We are willing to offer academic credit (internship credit) to tutors who can volunteer 10 hours per week all semester. We are hopeful for a minimal commitment of one afternoon per week, but are grateful for whatever commitment a tutor can give us. Description
Corazon a Corazon is a non-profit organization that serves the Latino community. We offer one-on-one ESL tutoring for adults and an After-School program for children, both of which are volunteer based. Corazon believes that education is key to advancing and empowering our community.
