Do you have a secret ambition to be the ambassador of a great nation? The east Troy Electric Railway has the perfect position for you! Conductors are the expert story-telling historic experts of the midwest. East Troy Railway has so many unique opportunities to share: Food, Events, Gifts, Streetcars, and just about anything to interest the budding Rail Enthusiast.
Duties Include, but are not limited to:
Assist patrons in and out of rail cars.
Throw pesky annoying patrons off the moving trains, okay, just kidding, but be prepared for any and all questions.
Exercise the gifted silver punch.
Assist with the daily operations of rail equipment, better yet, create your own.

Mission Statement
The East Troy Electric Railroad Museum, Inc. was founded for the purpose of preserving the history of Electric Railroading in Wisconsin and more recently to assure the continued long term existence of the last vestage of The Milwaukee Electric Railway and Light Company as an example of the now extinct Electric Trolley and Interurban Railways that were once a vital part of daily life throughout Wisconsin and the Upper Midwest.
Description
We are a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization preserving and operating the railway line between the Villages of East Troy & Mukwonago in Southeastern Wisconsin as a living example of a traditional Trolley and Interurban Railway Line of the type that was part of everyday life from the 1890's through the first half of the Twentieth Century. To provide a family orientated educational, historical, and entertaining situation for the general public to experience.
