Do you want to help those going through a medical crisis? Volunteer at The Room at the Inn fundraiser on Thursday, December 1, 2016 and do just that--help those going through a medical crisis by assisting with the set-up and take-down of the event, the event program, and/or the distribution of 'waiting room survival kits' to local hospitals.

This is a great volunteering opportunity for families, groups of friends, community groups, youth groups, Life Groups/Sunday School classes, or individuals.

Volunteers will have shifts and specific duties for this event. Volunteers will make a direct impact on HHT's mission--offering families 'A home away from home'--by providing the extra hands needed to have a successful fundraiser. Funds raised go back to the mission so HHT can continue to serve 550+ families a year. Additionally, volunteers will help spread holiday cheer by taking waiting room survival kits to those in hospital waiting rooms. The waiting room survival kits bring the comforts of home (they contain a blanket, toiletries, snacks, etc.) to those who have to be in the hospital with a loved one.
