Hands on environmental experience cleansing Everglades wetlands of destructive exotic tree species. Volunteers are transported to sites by airboat and trucks for the most exhilarating, gratifying experience of their lives!!! Encounter rare and endangered wildlife such as bald eagles, Florida panther, Florida black bear, bobcat, silver fox, Everglade snail kite, white tailed deer, marsh rabbit, many endangered mammal species such as the Everglades Mink, red shouldered hawks and hundreds of other bird species many rare or endangered

ERM has also initiated the Python Eradication Project (PED) which will be located specifically in Everglades National Park (ENP). PED will include a captive breeding facilitiy and program located just outside ENP in Homestead, on leased farm land. Native, captive bread small mammals wiped out within ENP will be raised and released with embedded tracking devices replenishing the devastated populations of many small mammal species within the park. If they are taken by a python we will track that python and eradicate it.
