Urban Agfest

SET-UP Oct. 17: We need volunteers to help set up and decorate the space Wednesday afternoon from Noon to 4:00 pm.
EVENT SUPPORT Oct. 18 & 19: We need volunteers to help run booths and lead simple learning activities for students on Thursday and Friday.
TAKE DOWN Oct 19: We need volunteers to help take down the event after 2:00 on Friday. It will only take about 2 hours.

Description

Founded in 1982, the Salem-Keizer Education Foundation (SKEF) exists to support the students and employees of the Salem-Keizer School District in the State of Oregon. SKEF is the oldest community-based non-profit organization in Oregon dedicated to enriching the quality of education in its local public schools. SKEF establishes strong community relationships and partnerships in the Salem - Keizer area to provide innovative resources and relevant support to students and staff that are intentionally focused on the school district’s strategic plan.
