The Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance is seeking volunteers at our office in downtown Chicago to help with mailings and brochure orders to our chapters around country. Chapters offer free support groups to individuals living with depression or bipolar disorder in their local community. Timing is flexible and help is needed on an ongoing basis. Great Opportunity for students or retirees.

Description
The Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) is a leading peer-focused mental health organization whose mission is to "improve the lives of people living with mood disorders." DBSA national supports more than 500 support groups and over 200 local affiliate chapters. DBSA reaches over four million individuals with support, educational resources, and tools for helping individuals living with mood disorders lead productive and fulfilling lives. Additionally, through our advocacy efforts, we amplify peers’ voices and work towards systemic change in the delivery of mental health care.
