ORGANIZATION: The Landings of Minnetonka

Earle Brown Terrace Senior Independent and Assisted Living, historical gem in the heart of Brooklyn Center, is looking for caring, compassionate people who have a passion for working with seniors. The Activity Ambassadors would spend time one to one with residents, invite and escort residents to activities, and help residents with hearing or vision loss and others to enable them to participate in activities, etc.. This would be a committment of one day per week, or more if desired. If you have a passion for seeing seniors have the best quality of life possible we are looking for you! Come be a vital part of our activity team.

Description

The Landings of Minnetonka is a life-care retirement community providing residents age 55 & over an active retirement lifestyle in the Minnetonka area.
The Landings is a three story building & includes various one-bedroom & two-bedroom floor plans. All apartments are equipped with safety features which include grab rails in the bathtub, emergency call signals in the bedrooms & baths, a full sprinkler system & detectors. The building are equipped with elevators providing residents indoor access throughout the community.

The building has it's own beauty/barber shop, activity rooms, movie theater, great room and Windows of Minnetonka Dining. Outdoors, there are walking paths, a patio with benches, and a courtyard with raised flower pots.

At the Landings of Minnetonka we have our own bus to take residents on outings and allow activities to be off-campus as well.
