Volunteer Opportunity :

Hello, We are looking for person(s) that are able to volunteer 2 to 3 hours a week during morning or early afternoons . The volunteer opportunity is listed below ,we are flexable so if your like to comment a day once a month, this would be helpful too!

• Assisting with office: Help with work such as copying, filing, data entry, and placing outbound phone calls. Keeping forms and supplies stocked and organized.Posting information on bulletin boards, updating calendar as needed
• Distributing information:Help with disseminating information or materials on sites ; may include presenting /sharing information with small groups.
  • Assist with set up for presentations, gathering and placing/ hand out materials.
  • Meet and greet residents and presenters if needed
• Staffing information table: Help provide general information about Social Services to the residents and answer basic questions
• No Heavy Lifting required, flexable with day(s)and time
