Volunteers make the difference in the lives of the families that come through our doors-by cooking, by hosting, by listening, by nurturing and by simply being there.
Weekend Managers reside at the House and manage all basic aspects of daily operations while staff are off-duty. Weekend Managers cover full day and overnight shifts. Volunteers choose which weekends and whether they are able to cover one night, two nights, or a few hours. This is a great opportunity for families to volunteer together!
Responsibilities include: orienting families with House services, assisting with families' checking in or out and preparing guest rooms.
Orientation and training are provided. A staff member is always available on call.
