If you have a passion for caring for others, and if you're looking for a way to make a difference in people's lives, you should consider becoming a hospice volunteer. Our approach to care creates an environment of hope, comfort and dignity for both hospice patients and their families. Our patient centered approach extends through our volunteers, as a helping hand and calming presence can make an enormous difference in the lives of others.

Join our upcoming training program being offered through the Orono Adult Education program on Wednesday and Monday evenings on the following dates: October 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24 and 26, 2016.

Please contact Roanne Austin, Volunteer Coordinator at 942-2920 to learn more about our training.
