Volunteer will work closely with the Chapter Communications Director to create content for Social Media channels, which could include Facebook, Twitter, and/or Instagram. Volunteer will receive training and social media policies to review, and will have the ability to add content to a queue which will be overseen and moderated by chapter staff.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing skills, will be comfortable using computers and social media channels mentioned above, and will be self-motivated and comfortable working independently from home. Experience managing social media accounts for a company or organization is preferred, but we are willing to train the proper individual. Basic graphic design skills or comfort using online design software like Canva are a plus.
Position will require approximately 1-2 hours per week, which can be completed anytime. All candidates must submit a resume and writing sample, and will undergo an interview process.
