Description

Foundation For C.H.O.I.C.E. (Consider How One Individual Changes Everything), a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, is submitting this proposal to Vickery Meadows Youth Development Foundation to determine your interest in providing support for the agency’s mentoring program for underprivileged youth at Conrad High School. Foundation for C.H.O.I.C.E. provides direction to at-risk students beginning in their junior and senior years of high school and continuing through their college careers and graduation to support them in successfully navigating the transition into early adulthood and establishing a path toward reaching their potential.
