QUALIFICATIONS: Must be reliable and committed to the mission of BCAP. Should be a Board Member with an understanding of By-Law and planning documents.
DUTIES: Incumbent will conduct periodic reviews of the by-laws and will collect and submit proposed changes to the Board. Will follow up with republishing updated and Board approved changes. Schedule and conduct Strategic Plan reviews and publish updated document. Take similar initiatives and stewardship with other BCAP documents and plans.
TERM: Serve from now through December, 2017
