Horizon Hospice Specialists

  • 14 people are interested

Many of our patients are isolated and lonely; often unable to leave their residence. Volunteers are needed to provide companionship, friendship and cheer to these wonderful people during the end of their life's journey . Visits are usually made three to five times a month. Caregiver's may at times need a break to take care of things outside of the home; volunteers can provide much needed respite for them and give companionship for the patient.
