These volunteers focus on activities that promote the Relay For Life event as well as the day of activities. Roles include:
- Marketing and PR- building awareness in the community about the event and how people can get involved
- Ceremony planning for opening, closing, survivor/caregiver, fight back and luminaria ceremonies that occur during the event
- Day of Activities and Entertainment- volunteers recruit entertainment acts and plan fun activities for event participants to do throughout the event such as fun laps and games
- Logistics- these volunteers work with the facility and make sure the things flow smoothly at the event
- Survivor and Caregiver recognition/educational activities
