Are you well connected in the community?
If you answered 'yes' to these questions, then you may be a great fit for the Raleigh Volunteer Leadership Board.
The Volunteer Leadership Board is a great opportunity to make a difference in the Raleigh-Durham area by helping raise funds for local programs and spreading the word about the great work of the American Lung Association.
Responsibilities:
Obtain a minimum of $2,500 from the community to support the work of the American Lung Association. Can be through personal or corporate donations.
Attend 4 annual meetings.
Participate in and support local fundraising events and activities.
Serve as a spokesperson for the American Lung Association’s mission.
Participate in the identification, cultivation and solicitation of corporations, foundations and individuals.
Identify local lung health needs in the community and help set the strategic direction to meet those needs
