TWLP is actively seeking a board member to help grow our organization. Be a part of the amazing work we do! We are an all volunteer organization begun in 2013. We currently have five active board members and are looking to expand. In our first five years, we have served 175 students & low income families. If you have skills in fundraising, marketing, community outreach, public relations or video production we would love your help to take our organization to the next level.
Looking for a young professional, seasoned board member, or retiree who is passionate and culturally sensitive, who desires to serve their community. Commitment requires 2 hr. monthly board meeting (2nd Wednesday of the month 6-8 pm) plus 2-3 hours per month collaborative/virtual work, and an annual financial contribution that shows your commitment and belief in our mission.

The Wish List Project is a nonprofit community organization fostering student and family success through educational equity. We provide programming and student grants for underserved youth and low income families to access educational resources, extracurricular activities and youth development opportunities.
Description
We believe all people can be successful in school and in life when they have opportunities to pursue their interests, and have the proper tools needed to achieve their goals. The Wish List Project helps underserved youth access the resources and enrichment activities that will help them be successful. We manage our Student Enrichment Grants program and are always in need of committed individuals to share their time and talents. We also need volunteers for special events from time to time, as well as folks who can blog, take photos, do office work or design flyers.
